Transmission Builds

All transmission builds are built to order and are custom assembled for your specific application. As such, we do not accept returns on completed transmission units. If you receive a unit that does not match your order or arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately at greg@elitemotorsportsnh.com or (603) 545-2051 and we will make it right.

Warranty Coverage

All Elite Motorsports transmission builds are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms are provided with each unit at the time of shipment. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, abuse, modifications made after delivery, or failure to maintain the unit according to our recommendations.

If you experience a warranty issue, contact us directly. Do not return the unit without prior authorization.

Core Charge Refunds

Core charges are fully refundable upon receipt and inspection of your returned core. Cores must be returned within 30 days of your delivery date. Cores that are returned damaged beyond rebuildable condition or outside the return window may result in a partial or forfeited refund. We will notify you prior to processing any partial refund.

Rebuild Kits and Parts

Rebuild kits and individual parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Apparel

Apparel items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

Contact us before sending anything back. Email greg@elitemotorsportsnh.com or call or text (603) 545-2051 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
