Domestic Shipping

Elite Motorsports NH ships all transmission builds to the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. All units are shipped via freight through our carrier partner, Unishippers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and unit weight.

Processing Time

All transmission builds are built to order. Lead times vary depending on current shop volume. Estimated build and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order. If you need a unit by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Core Exchange Program

Most transmission builds require a core exchange. A core is your existing transmission, which is returned to us as a rebuildable unit.

You have two options:

  1. Send your core ahead of time. Once we receive your core, we will ship your completed build. No core charge applies.
  2. Receive your unit first. A core charge will be applied to your order based on the unit purchased. Once your core is received and inspected, the core charge will be fully refunded. Cores must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Core charges by unit range from $1,000 to $2,000. The applicable core charge is listed on each product page.

Freight Shipping Notes

Transmission units are heavy freight items. Delivery requires a receiving location with the ability to offload freight. Residential deliveries are accommodated but may require lift gate service, which may incur an additional fee. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment and inspect for damage before signing.

Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, do not sign the delivery receipt without noting the damage. Take photos of the packaging and unit immediately and contact us within 24 hours at greg@elitemotorsportsnh.com or (603) 545-2051. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
