Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions and reserve the right to cancel orders placed based on erroneous information.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards. Full payment is required at the time of order.

Transmission Builds and Custom Orders

All transmission builds are custom assembled to order. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about fitment or specifications, contact us before placing your order.

Core Exchange

By purchasing a transmission build subject to a core exchange, you agree to return your core unit within 30 days of delivery. Failure to return your core within this window may result in forfeiture of your core charge deposit. Core units must be the correct unit for the transmission purchased and in rebuildable condition.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Motorsports NH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as described in our warranty documentation. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those expressly stated.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
